About our technology

Currently, our technology has no competitors in the market of industrial cultivation systems.

Aeroponics is a form of hydroponics. This is a growing practice in which there is no need to use substrates such as sod, soil or mineral wool, and plants are grown by suspending their roots in a closed air environment. Plants feed on special solutions, which are sprayed on the roots with a thin aerosol. Having this type of feeding, plants can more efficiently absorb the nutrients necessary for its growth.

We can shorten the cycle of growing plants several times, so using our equipment, the basil grew 20-22 days from planting to harvesting, the salad can be grown in less than 16 days. Indeterminate plants, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, can begin to produce fruit 1.5-2 months after planting (compared to 3 months or more using the drip irrigation method). These parameters allow us to multiply the revenues of a company that uses our technologies, in comparison with competitors.

H-type Aaeroponic System is a unique development of Ponics Technologies. These systems are designed to create optimal conditions for growing plants. Pre-designed flexibility allows to grow greens, a variety of determinant plants and micro-fats.

The number of tiers can vary from 1 to 6 at a standard height of 2 m (maximum height of up to 6 m) for growing greens and grasses, which gives 504 plant sites per 1 sq. Km. M square.

Our systems are equipped with high-strength water pipes and specially designed injectors (patented patents), which makes the service life unlimited and significantly reduces maintenance costs. We also use the best agronomic lighting systems from Osram and Philips.

At present, we have already successfully launched one greenhouse complex in the Moscow region and reached a basil yield of 1.5 tons within 20 days of 500 sq.m. greenery. Our technology is fully ready to enter the market.
